The engineering team is looking for a highly motivated software engineer(s) with a diverse background in embedded system or cloud platforms. You will have involvement in projects, commissioning, acceptance and ongoing maintenance, upgrades and repairs. You will also be responsible for the conception and development of next-generation human-machine interface, cloud server and systems for Hestia robotic technology.

Description

You will be part of a cross-functional engineering team that research, design and develop in-house cooking robotic technologies. A typical day may consist of design and implement robust software, research new technologies, and 3rd party frameworks.

Key Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of C and C++ programming on Microsoft Windows Platform

  • Solid knowledge of the following areas (one or more) is essential

    1. System Programming on any operating system

    2. Object Orientated Programming skills in one of Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, Python, or other languages

    3. Concurrent/Multithreading programming techniques

    4. Web application, Network Protocol Operations (TCP/IP) technology

    5. Real Time Operating System Programming

  • Good team player with self-initiative

  • Willing to work under pressure and can quickly pick up new skills as required

  • Strong sense of ownership, commitment and responsibility

Education & Experience

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience/skills required

  • MS or Ph.D. not required but absolutely welcome
